Stay With Us at The Sky Palace Casita. $125. a night 2 night minimum

Make a reservation as far as 45 days out (contact us for other special arrangements).

Fill out our reservation request form. We'll get back to you as fast as we can to confirm availability of the dates you want and collect your payment by pay pal to hold your reservation.

No refunds 7 days before your dates. 2 night minimum, 5 night maximum without special arrangement (check with us).

Check in time is 3:00pm, checkout time is 12noon. $100 deposit refunded online after stay.

When we send you your confirmation, it will also include directions and any other details. Review our house rules and guidelines below, as well as description of extra services you might desire for a great experience.

House Rules & Guidelines

Early check in - Call to check availability.

Late check in - everyone gets delayed once in awhile, please get here by 10pm latest - and call or email if you have some other kind of trouble so we don't have to wait up all night for you.

Late Check Out - check out is 12noon - $25 an hour after that without special arrangement.

Quiet Hours - no amplified music after 10pm - our neighborhood rules.

No additional overnight guests - a reasonable amount of people can visit you but your reservation is for 4 people max overnight.

Pets are Ok, $25 fee per pet. Please clean up after your own pets.

No crazy parties - this is our home and our neighborhood.

No guns, fireworks, fighting or anything illegal - we don't want to have to kick you out

Extra Services - Add to your stay to enhance your experience

Guided Kayaking In The Estuary - we'll transport you and our kayaks down to our backyard and go for an approx. 1.5 hour paddle from one end of our estuary to the other. Easy difficulty level. $45 per person.

Hiking & Rappelling - We hike out the back door to the top of Las Palmas Cliffs for fun climbing and rappelling - approx. 5 hours, moderate difficulty level. $100 per person.

Estuary to Beach Horseback Riding - A multi-faceted trail ride with mountain views, river crossings and a run through the ocean surf. $75 per person.

Sunset Surf & Turf Dinner at our place. Our dining room with sunset views, appetizers, steak and fish (or lobster) wine, beer tequila and dessert. $50 per person - minimum 2 people.

We can also arrange local paragliding tandem rides, Ultra-light rides, Fishing Charters and

ATV rides upon request.
